Can I cancel my order?

Sure, all orders can be processed before production has begun. We can begin production within an hour of receiving an order, so please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel it and receive a full refund

My order is damaged. What do I do?

It’s very rare, but if it happens we will resolve this as soon as possible. In this situation, please email us as soon as possible and we will send you a replacement free of charge. Please provide proof of the damage in the email. 

Do you accept returns?

Due to the fragile nature of the products we ship and all products being made to order, we are only able to accept returns in the most exceptional circumstances. Please email us at reuben@terracottaprints.co.uk for more information..
